Council Campaign Finance
Campaign finance disclosures for all 9 Maui County Council members — contributions received, expenditures made, and donor relationships from the 2024 election cycle through the most recent Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission filings.
All 9 council members were elected in November 2024 and serve 2-year terms — all seats return to the ballot in 2026, except Kauanoe Batangan who was appointed by Mayor Bissen in January 2026to fill the seat vacated by the late Tasha Kama. Yuki Lei Sugimura's mayoral campaign finance is covered separately in the Elections section.
